The city could:
1) make commercials showcasing the citizens of the citizens.
2) Make a documentary about the citizens about the people.
3) Have a showcase event at the Mesa Arts Center where they set up something similar to a farmers market where they showcase the artists and the small businesses of Mesa.

The goal would be to capture the soul of Mesa and show it to the people in Mesa and people outside of Mesa.
