Mesa use to be fun, driving hot cars up & down main street. Lets use GM land to support drag races.

Being a homeowner within rock throwing distance of GM property I know the residents in this area would strongly oppose a drag strip right next to their neighborhood. At one time I lived 8 miles from a dragstrip and the noise was deafening all night long. This is a bad location for a dragstrip.

GM land is economic center for mesa and only land thats left not drag racing.. drag racing should be middle of nowhere.. drag racing wont bring much money in.. just trash jobs $5/hr instead of employment centers with $100k jobs

Every day in the paper I see things going on in just about every town or city in the valley except in Mesa!!! Lets get this city moving and out of their frame of mind of doing nothing...
I live in a retirement area and just about everybody loves hot cars. The visitors from other countries & states are interested in driving sport cars, going to all the auctions and actully purchasing the cars and transporting them back to their other homes.
