Build a Spash Pad at Candlelight Park
Mesa is the only city in the East Valley without a splash pad at a park! The residents of Mesa frequently travel to Tempe Town Lake, Gilbert, Scottsdale, and Chandler just to go to their splash parks. Candlelight Park (1540 N. Barkley) would be a great location because it is centrally located, the park has a lot of unused grass area, it is in a neighborhood of family-sized homes, and the neighborhood does not already have a public pool.

Mobile Home/RV Parks
My suggestion is to coordinate a land swap of some of the Mobile Home/RV Park owners in east Mesa and the city of Mesa. The amount of Mobile home Parks in the east part of Mesa (roughly between Gilbert Road and Power Road and between US 60 and McKellips Road) is mind boggling.
Most of these residents are part time residents and lower income residents who generally don't have a lot to contribute to the local economy. A lot of businesses will not open in some of these areas, because there is not enough disposable income, nor are there enough…

Forming an Industrial Space for Falcon Field
Within the 29.9 acres of free Mesa AZ space, the idea is to create a Class-A Industrial space, revitalize the Falcon Field park,
encourage the growth of businesses in the surrounding areas,
beautify the area, and increase the tax revenue for local businesses of the area. The holdings with the most interesting potential lie across Greenfield Road from the airport, with one group of parcels abutting McKellips Road on the north side and the other parcel abutting McKellips on the south side.17 votes -
